Four people meet on New Year’s Eve and form a surrogate family to help one another with the difficulties of their lives.
Now although at some moments it feels bad to laugh during the film, this film cleverly works around the subject the film tries to put across to the audience. Though, more could happen in the plot – and the film could be longer – the film works and has its hilarious and also sad moments – a good comedy drama. Imogen Poots as the hard-hitting Jess definitely steals the show with her say-it-as-it-is lines and funny moments. Overall, it’s a lovely film.
